This is a frontline sales position with individual targets and KPIs. The RSO, based at Durgapur, will be covering all surrounding prime markets

Key Responsibilities

  • The RSO will be primarily responsible for the secondary sales in the territory.
  • RSO will ensure availability of all key SKUs at the prime sales points of the territory.
  • RSO will manage the distribution and coverage of the territory.
  • RSO will drive business growth of the territory by achieving monthly sales target.
  • RSO is expected to maintain the highest standard of trade hygiene and KPIs

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in Healthcare / Medical Devices / FMCG Sales will be preferred.Good communication and territory management skills with proficiency in exel and ppt.Great relationship with chemists and pharmacies is highly desired.

Educational Qualification: Graduate
